    Very insightful article! Thumbs up! You have clearly identified a key issue regarding certain employers’ apathy with towards their top performers. I see talent flocking everyday. As the old saying goes: “the easiest customers to lose are the ones you take for granted”… the same principle applies for your own employees. Great article with very practical advice!
